Prices are per day. An additional £5 surcharge is added for a drop-off or a collection on Sundays or bank holidays.

There are some days where we are 'closed', ie. we will not accept any new drop-offs or collections, but we are happy to still accommodate your pets during this time. It is recommended you book drop off a day before or collection the day after, for example. Our planned closures are listed below.

A £20 or 20% deposit (whichever is higher), is required upon confirmation of your booking. The remainder of your balance can be paid via cash, bank transfer or PayPal on the arrival day.

We can clip claws & and groom (brush only not trimming), free of charge with your stay but please inform us in your booking form if you'd like us to do this. This is the same for any medications you'd like us to administer.
